FRYSC Thanksgiving Food Drive

East Bernstadt Students and Families will be donating STUFFING MIX & GREEN BEANS

Donations will be accepted through Friday, November 6th.  Drop off locations are at the FRYSC entrance and in the cafeteria.  Make sure to label your donation with your homeroom teacher's name.  The homeroom with the most will win an ice cream party.

Red Ribbon Week: October 26th-30th Red Ribbon Week

Be Happy. Be Brave. Be Drug Free. 

Help us celebrate by dressing up each day!

Monday:  REaDy for Red Ribbon Week-  Wear as much red as you can

Tuesday:  Put a Cap on Drug Abuse-  Wear your favorite hat

Wednesday:  Break the Pattern of Drugs-  Wear camo, tie-dye, plaid or any other pattern

Thursday:  Wildcats Kick Drugs to the Curb-  Wear sneakers and EB spirit wear

Friday:  Say Boo to drugs!-  K-5:  Halloween Costume & 6-8:  Future career wear 

BinzMania Donated School Supplies BinzMania

JJ Jones of BinzMania London Store donated approximately $8,000.00 worth of school supplies to East Bernstadt Independent School on Monday, October 12th.  The store is located at 571 Tobacco Road in London, KY.

Congratulations to Mrs. Mary Lewis!  Mrs. Lewis is retiring after 21 years of working at East Bernstadt School and serving the East Bernstadt community.

Congratulations, Shirley!! Shirley

Shirley Masters has been an employee of the district for 38 years.  She began subbing in 1982.  She was hired as a regular employee in 1986.  She has worked as a cook, assistant and most recently as a bus driver.  She drove the bus most of her career completing 27 years.  She has decided to retire (the 2nd time).  She has been very dedicated to the school district and the students in the community.  Congratulations to Shirley!!!  We will all miss her very much!!!
